What we provide, what it costs, and what happens if it stops. Last updated August 2026.

What you are paying for

  • A church, from ₹399 a month — ₹399 a month for up to 200 members, ₹599 for up to 350, and ₹999 with no limit on members. A year costs ten months (₹3,999, ₹5,999 or ₹9,999), which is two months free. The church admin can change plan on the Hosting page, and the new price is charged from the next bill; a smaller plan is open only while the members fit it. A church past its plan’s members is asked to move up and is never locked out. Your own address, site and admin panel, the songbook, the Bible, and an app themed with your name.
  • On your own, ₹49 a month — the shared songbook and the Bible, with your own saved verses, highlights and notes. No church attached.
  • A Play Store listing, ₹14,999 once — optional. Every church already gets the app; this buys a separate listing under the church’s own name, built and published by us.

Your content is yours

Song lyrics a church adds, MP3 songs and sermons it uploads, and photos it publishes remain the church’s property. We store and serve them so the congregation can reach them. We do not claim them, resell them, or use them for anything else.

The shared songbook

The shared hymns and the Bible translations are provided under their own licences, and the attribution shown beside them is part of that licence. They are not a church’s to resell.

If a payment lapses

An account stays open through a grace period. Past that it is suspended: an admin can still sign in and pay, and the content is still there, but the site stops serving the congregation. Nothing is deleted for lapsed payment alone.

Stopping

A church may leave at any time. The address stays claimed so nobody else can take it, and the data is kept for an export window before being purged. There is no notice period and no exit fee.

What we do not promise

Suvartha is hosted software and can be down. We do not guarantee an uptime figure, and we do not offer compensation for an outage. What we do offer is that one app and one site serve every church, so a fix reaches all of them at once.
