ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਸਰੀਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਨ ਲਾਉਣਾ ਤਾਂ ਮੌਤ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਨ ਲਾਉਣਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਹੈ।
